The Respond & Restore First Responder Wellness 5K was created for the people who spend their lives showing up for everyone else.
Law enforcement officers. Firefighters. EMS. Dispatchers. Corrections officers. And the families who stand beside them.
This isn't just a race. It's a day dedicated to physical wellness, mental health, connection, and community.
As first responders, we're trained to run toward the problem, push through the exhaustion, and keep going when things get hard. But taking care of ourselves matters, too.
Our goal is to create a positive, welcoming environment where first responders and their families can come together, get active, connect with others who understand their experiences, and be reminded that they don't have to carry everything alone.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a weekend walker, a first responder, a family member, or simply someone who wants to show your support, you have a place here.
Your registration includes an official event T-shirt, finisher medal, race bib, and post-race refreshments.
Come run for yourself. Run for your brothers and sisters. Run for the ones who didn't make it home. Run for a healthier first-responder community.
