We are especially excited to raise funds for new High Jump Equipment! How can you participate? Participation is easy! Simply show up at Rockland High School on June 8th, where registration will commence at 8:00 AM, right in front of the high school. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone who just loves to walk, we welcome everyone to join us for this exciting event. If you would like to contribute to the cause without participating in the 5k come cheer on the runners and walkers while they finish their race and participate in some raffle prizes! The Race: At 9:00 AM sharp, the race will kick off. Participants will navigate a 5K course around the school and its surrounding areas. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy some outdoor exercise while contributing to a worthy cause. Registration: To register, all you need to do is sign up and pay the $25 registration fee through our registration website. You can also show up on the day of the event to register. There will be a registration booth set up outside the high school, making it convenient for everyone to sign up and get ready to run. Registration will be open until the start of the race on June 7th.  Spread the Word: Help us make this fundraiser a success by spreading the word to friends, family, and community members. The more participants we have, the greater impact we can make for our Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Together, we can make a difference and ensure our teams have the resources they need to excel. Join us for a fun-filled morning of fitness, camaraderie, and fundraising! See you at the starting line!
