Training Program: Struggling to motivate yourself after a year+ of a global pandemic!!??? Coach Brendan McGoldrick, Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at RBR, can help get you back on track regardless of your ability level. After a quick consultation, Coach Brendan will develop a plan to help get you through the finish line for this years' Ridge Road Run 5K! Training plans will have daily runs as well as additional workouts for strength and conditioning that you can do from home or in the gym. There will also be a Training Program newsletter with tips on nutrition, race strategy, and general fitness advice to help make this run a success for you!
