Right On Time Mile

Welcome to the inaugural Right On Time Mile Run/Walk! We’re Joey and Kate Hartlage, and we’re thankful you’re here. Many of you know us through Running Soles, Vineyard Church, or simply from being part of the Campbellsville community. Your support and encouragement over the years have meant more to us than you probably realize, and it means a lot to have people we care about participate in this event.

Over the past five years, we’ve walked through the challenges of unexplained infertility and the heartbreak of two miscarriages. While we still hope to grow our family biologically one day, we truly believe God is leading us to begin our family through adoption. 

Adoption is an incredible opportunity, but it also comes with significant financial costs. Your participation and support help move us one step closer to bringing our child home. More than anything, we would appreciate your prayers as we continue through this process.

The name "Right On Time" reflects our belief that while the timing wasn't what we originally planned; God's timing is perfect. We are partnering with Adoption Assistance to navigate this process, and this event is the first step in a legacy project to support our adoption and, in future years, the journeys of other local families!

We’ve designed the evening to be a fun evening in downtown Campbellsville. Whether you're a competitive runner or a casual walker, there’s a place for you!

5:30 PM /// Bib Pickup & Pre-Race Social at Running Soles. Silent Auction Opens at Harden Coffee!

6:15 PM /// Pre-Race Briefing. Join us at the starting line (Running Soles) for a quick update on the why of the event and race instructions.

6:30 PM /// Heat 1: Men’s Mile Run

7:00 PM /// Heat 2: Women’s Mile Run

7:30 PM /// Heat 3: Youth Mile Run & Community Walk

8:00 PM /// After-Party. Head to Harden Coffee for post-race drinks and dessert, pizza from Maillard, and final bidding on auction items

Entry Fee /// Donation Only. Our goal is community gathering. Give what is on your heart - every dollar goes directly to the adoption process.

Registration /// Register here online or stop by Running Soles any time on Friday for on-site check-in.

Silent Auction /// Located next door at Harden Coffee. We have incredible items from local businesses! Bidding closes at 8:30 PM.
