About this race
Come “Rock ‘n’ Run” with us! Enjoy an evening of music, movement, and community fun while supporting TWO local nonprofits with aligned missions!
Event Details:
- Designed for ages 1–6!
- Kick things off by rocking out with a musical warm-up with Rock 'n' Kids!
- Head to the track for some running fun with Cardio Kidz!
- Participants will earn prizes based on how much money they raise!
- Participants will receive a free soft-serve ice cream cup with sprinkles from the Family Ice Cream Truck!
- After the Rock 'n' Run activities, families will enjoy a live mini concert by Miss Jamie's Farm!
- There will be blacktop games, music, and sponsor booths to explore and more!
- Parents are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for the concert!
Music for the Ages conducts intergenerational music events at senior living homes for seniors and young children, sparking joy and companionship that transcends the ages!
Cardio Kidz supports the physical, social, and emotional growth of children, of all abilities, in a positive community-focused athletic environment!
Both organizations promote positivity, kindness, inclusivity and social-emotional health! Help us raise awareness and generate funds that will support both of these incredible and inspiring missions!
We are so excited for our very first fundraiser and can't wait to have you be a part of it!

Running
Team Registration! Team rate of $200 for up to 10 kids, ages 1-8 years!
To register a team, register one adult who is the contact for the team. You will receive a separate email to list the names and ages of the children who will be attending. Participants on a team will receive: Running medal, tambourine, kazoo!
Level 1: Event Entry $25 Donation
To register an individual child participant, register the child. Participants who donate $25 will receive: Running medal, tambourine, kazoo!
Level 2: Event Entry $50 Donation
To register an individual child participant, register the child. Participants who donate $50 will receive: Running medal, tambourine/maraca party set, kazoo, and bubbles!
Level 3: Event Entry $75 Donation
To register an individual child participant, register the child. Participants who donate $75 will receive: Running medal, tambourine/maraca party set, kazoo, bubbles, and sidewalk chalk!
Level 4: Event Entry $100 Donation
To register an individual child participant, register the child. Participants who donate $100 will receive: Running medal, tambourine/maraca party set, kazoo, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, a pom pom and a summer toy!
Level 5: Event Entry $101+ Donation
To register an individual child participant, register the child. Participants who donate more than $100 will receive: Running medal, tambourine/maraca party set, kazoo, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, summer toy, and raffle ticket for a chance to win a free registration for the Cardio Kidz Summer Running Series or July Rock 'n' Kids class!
