Rocket Run 5K
About this race
Join us for the second annual Rocket Run 5K!
The race kicks off at the high school, winds through scenic back roads, and finishes back at the school.
NEW this year - Rocket Dash Run for ages 12 and under! The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be a lap around the football field beginning and ending at the 50 yard line! This is a FREE event. No registration required.
**Registration is required for those 12 and under that want to run or walk the 5K**
All Ages and All Abilities are welcome.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Registration and packet pickup starts at 6:30 a.m. at Conotton Valley HS
5K Run/Walk at 8:15 a.m.
Start and finish on the 50 yard line of the football field
Awards and refreshments at the conclusion of the 5K race
Chip timing provided by Run to You Racing
All Rocket Dash Run participants (age 12 and under) will receive a medal
5K Awards: Top 3 male & female overall, top 3 male and female in each age group - 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
08:00 AM - Kids Rocket Dash Start
08:12 AM - National Anthem
08:15 AM - 5K Run/Walk Start
09:15 AM - Awards Ceremony
