Rock'N Race 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser
About this race
The 24th Annual Rock'N Race will be on Wednesday May 6, 2026 on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, NH. We will be walking and running to raise funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center.
5:50 pm pre-race program
6:00 pm Race Start
Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one-mile loop. The event features live music along the way and a variety of snacks and food after the event. Please note that registered runners are timed and registered walkers are untimed.
No pets are allowed to participate in the race for safety precautions.
Individuals pushing strollers must line up with the walkers on Capitol Street. If running with a stroller, please line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street.

Kick-Off Breakfast
Join us at Christ the King Parish, 72 S. Main Street, Concord NH. The event begins at 7:30 AM and is open to anyone who is interested in joining the Rock'N Race. The event is free to attend. Please note, in event of snow, the postpone date is February 10th.
5K Run
This 5K Run is a timed event. Individuals pushing strollers can sign up either as a walker or runner. Runners with strollers will sign up at the back of the runners on N. State Street and onto Park Street and that all walkers with strollers must line up on Capitol Street. No pets allowed at the event or on the course.
Walking

This 5K Walk is an untimed event. Individuals pushing strollers can sign up either as a walker or runner. Runners with strollers will sign up at the back of the runners on N. State Street and onto Park Street and that all walkers with strollers must line up on Capitol Street. No pets allowed at the event or on the course.
1 Mile Walk
This 1-Mile Walk is an untimed event. Individuals pushing strollers can sign up either as a walker or runner. Runners with strollers will sign up at the back of the runners on N. State Street and onto Park Street and that all walkers with strollers must line up on Capitol Street. No pets are allowed at the event or on the course
