RRRC Yoga for Runners: Power, Balance, Recovery
About this race
Description: Enhance your running performance with a yoga practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. This 75-minute class blends dynamic and restorative yoga postures specifically tailored for runners, helping to improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and support recovery. We’ll also explore breathing techniques and mindful movement to boost endurance and focus. Whether you're training for a race or simply enjoy running, this class will help you move more efficiently, recover faster, and feel more balanced—on and off the road. All levels welcome!
Bring your yoga mat! In addition bring a foam roller and tennis ball/ spikey ball if you have one.
When: Monday, April 6th, 6-7:15pm

About Holly: Holly Zajur is a lifelong learner of yoga and mindfulness, which are at the foundation of all that she does. She is a firm believer that these practices can have a transformative effect on mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Running has also been a key component to her healing journey, and she has been running since 2015 completing a half marathon and Triathlon. She loves being a part of the Richmond running community!
