Ruck the Mountain
About this race
Ruck the Mountain is a 6-mile ruck event hosted by Crystal Mountain and Aevitas Medical. As you conquer each mile, you’ll build physical endurance and mental toughness, proving to yourself what you’re truly made of. The six-mile looped route includes both flat terrain and steep inclines around Crystal Mountain’s property.
Four tent stations will be set up on Friday, October 23
Participants must be at least 13 years old to participate in the challenge.
Participants who wish to hike with a pack or ruck must provide their own. Packs and rucks are not required for participation in this event.
It is encouraged that each participant challenges themselves to the greatest degree they can do safely.
We recommend guests pick up their registration packet Friday evening, October 23 from 5-7 PM at Crystal Mountain on the lower lever of the Crystal Center in James Bay.
Day-of packet pick up will be available on Saturday at the Lodge Pavilion Tent, however new day-of registrations will not be accepted.

This challenge is a 6 mile loop around Crystal Mountain's property has a mix of flat terrain and elevation changes. Three fitness and mental challenge stations will be scattered throughout the course.

This 1 mile out-and-back (2 total miles) course on Crystal Mountain's property has a mix of flat terrain and elevation changes. One Fitness and mental challenge stations will be be on course.
