About this race

The most fun and gritty adventure triathlon in the Cedar Valley! Get your adventure on with a 5 mile paddle down the Cedar River from Brookwood Park in Waverly to Ingawanis Adventure Base, a 3 mile trail run starting at Ingawanis Adventure Base and a fun creek crossing over to Ingawanis Woodland, and 7 mile mountain bike at Ingawanis Woodland. This is a fundraiser for Ingawanis Adventure Base and Ingawanis Woodland.

Post-race event at the Eagle Lodge finish area in Ingawanis Woodland including awards, free lunch, music, massages by Athletico, samples of cider by Paha Cider Co and more. Free race t-shirt guaranteed if registered by 8/15/26. Friday night camping available at Ingawanis Woodland (freewill donation). Please email David Abkemeier (dabkemeier@gmail.com) if interested.
