Mile Run
Wheel measured one mile course on the streets surrounding the 12th Street Pool. Awards to first 5 females & to first 5 males. Event will be timed by the Runner's High. Results will be live. Ideal for veteran runner seeking "mile race" or as "fun run" for kids. No age group awards.
5K Run
Single loop wheel measured course - USATF certification pending. One water stop. Overall awards to first 5 females & first 5 males. Age group awards: female 12 & under (3), 13-15 (2), 16-19 (2), 20-29 (2), 30-39 (2), 40-49 (3), 50 & over (1) . Age group awards: male 12 & under (2), 13-15 (2), 16-19 (1), 20-29 (2), 30-39 (2), 40-49 (2), 50-59 (2), 60-69 (1), 70 & over (1). 5K takes Virginia Ave to 10 St., then over to Gaston Ave & down to Fourth Street. Comes back on Gaston Ave/ Farms Dr. to 12th St.
Combo #1 (1 mile + 5K run)
Please note this is 2 separate races - not a single event. Registrants receive one shirt with entry. The one mile starts at 6:30pm & the 5K at 7pm. Details for one mile race & 5K run are listed above.
Combo #2 (1 mile + 5K race walk)
Please note this is 2 separate races - not a single event. Registrants receive one shirt with entry. Details for the one mile run/walk & the 5K race walk are listed above. The one mile starts at 6:30pm & the 5K race walk at 7pm. If entering the 5K walk, please refrain from running, jogging and "jog walking".
Walking
5K Race Walk
Same course as 5K run. One water stop. Awards to first 5 female finishers and to the first male finishers. No age groups. If entering this event, please refrain from running, jogging and "jog walking".
