Relay Participant Info When Do I Run My Mile? We’ve got you covered no stress, no guessing. Each runner will be assigned a specific mile + estimated start time based on our projected pace. How It Works The relay starts at 4:00 AM Each runner completes 1 mile We move continuously runner to runner Your start time depends on the pace of the runners before you Your Assigned Time Before race day, you will receive: ✔ Your mile number ✔ Your estimated start time ✔ Your check-in window ✔ Your exact location for handoff This will be sent via: 📩 Email 📱 Text message 📲 Posted on our website + Instagram Important: Be Early Things can move faster (or slower) than expected. 👉 Arrive at least 30–45 minutes before your estimated start time If you miss your spot… we keep moving 😅 Live Updates on Race Day We will have: 📍 Live tracking updates (Instagram stories / website) 📢 On-site coordinators at key points 👟 Volunteers guiding each exchange So you always know when you’re getting close.
