Run For Hope 5K
About the Event
Join us for the 4th annual Run For Hope 5K at Coldstream Park on Sunday, May 17, 2026 as we raise funds and awareness to provide hope to individuals and families through compassionate clinical counseling.
Our race is being held during the month of May which is Mental Health Awareness Month.
RACE FEATURES
- Flat, fast course on the paved Legacy Trail at Coldstream Park

- A run/walk event where all fitness levels are welcomed
PACKET PICKUP --- Our packet pickup will be held on race day (Sunday, May 17th) from 12:45-2:00pm at Coldstream Park. We'll be at the RaceRise table.

Running
5K Run
The race will start and finish at the Augusta Dream Center. The route offers a unique opportunity to run through the South Augusta neighborhoods that are directly supported by the programs of the Dream Center. Packet pickup will be held at Fleet Feet Sports on Friday, September 11th from 4 pm - 6 pm. Participants can register on race day, Saturday, September 12th from 8:00 am - 8:30 am. The Run For Hope 5K will begin promptly at 9 am followed by the Awards Ceremony. T-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register before August 30th. Extra shirts will be ordered but will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visit www.augustadreamcenter.org to learn more about the programs at the Augusta Dream Center.
5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) on the paved Legacy Trail. Each participant receives a commemorative unisex sized T-shirt (Sizes S-2XL). Awards will be presented for our top male and female finishers.
