The Courses
5K - A Closed Course (No Ghouls Allowed!)
All runners will start on Ben Holt Drive in the heart of the Lincoln Center. Participate where you want, when you want between October 30th–November 1st! Send us a screenshot of your path from Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, or any other fitness tracker via Instagram or email us at brainhealth5K@gmail.com. While your results won't appear with our in-person participants, we'd love to see your spooky selfies and post them on our socials. No coffin required!

We'll make our way around the North side of Lincoln Center! For stroke survivors and others recovering from a brain injury, this is your chance to participate at any level of ability.
