Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake - 5K and Haunted Fun Run

Get Ready for a Spook-tacular Time!  

Join us at Robinson Lake Park for our 1st annual Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake hosted by Hobart Parks and Events. We'll have a Family Fun Run and a 5K Race that will leave you screaming for more!

6 PM - Family Fun Run
6:30 PM - 5k Race
Bring a headlamp or flashlight, as it may be dark on the trails!

Get Creative! Dress up in your spookiest or most creative costume for a chance to win prizes! Awards for adults and children!

Glow Items Encouraged: Add some glow sticks, neon lights, or glow-in-the-dark accessories to your outfit for an extra-spooky effect! We'll have glow stations to pick up some glow gear, as well!

Beer Garden: Relax and unwind with a cold brew after your run.

Food Truck: Savor delicious eats from Tocayos. Your taste buds will thank you!
Entertainment: Enjoy entertainment and music, and spooky tunes to set the mood.

Fun Photo Ops: Snap some eerie photos with our spooky scenes.

Scare Characters: Be prepared for some frightful encounters on the trails! 
 
Run Details:
Family Fun Run: A fun, non-timed run for all ages and skill levels. Pick up fun glow items along the trail and take fun photo ops with the family!  This is a non-paved route around Robinson Lake.
5K Race: A timed run including a bib and chip for those looking for a challenge. We'll give a prize for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place fastest runners!
Awards will be given for top runners in each age group for the 5k Race: 18-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. 

Medals for All Pre-registered runners:  Pick up your medal for finishing both the family fun run or 5k race. 
Race day on-sight registration will be available but only a limited number of race day shirts and finisher medals will be available.

Tee shirts will be available for purchase both during registration ($15) or on the day of the race ($20).

Come for the Run, Stay for the Fun!   Join us for a spook-tacular evening of running, costumes, and fun at Robinson Lake Park. We can't wait to see you there!
No dogs, strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, or wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
