Run Hard Midlands
About this race
The Run Hard Running Team is an eight week program for Elementary and Middle Schoolers that builds confidence in kids through character value and run training. During the season, students will meet twice a week for 1 1/2 hours with a focus on endurance training and the Run Hard Core Values. Practice days for individual schools vary per location.
Join fellow runners on March 6, 2023 for the Run Hard Midlands. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Lexington.
