About this race
Course is flat running through Sandy Bottom Nature Park. There will be a DJ, raffle post-race, and awards. Race supports the Kecoughtan High School's Choral Arts Program.
T-shirts are guaranteed through September 26th, 2026. Early registration is now open. Late registration begins October 1st, 2026 and will be an additional $10.
Join fellow runners on October 17, 2026 for the Run IT Back 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Hampton.
