About the Event

Neuroworx is an outpatient rehabilitation clinic for persons who have suffered a spinal cord injury, brain injury, or other life altering neurological disorder/disease. The purpose of the Run, Ride, Roll  event is to allow an inclusive space for our past and current patients as well as others in our community to work toward a goal and participate in an event in a wheelchair, adaptive bike, or walking/running.  NEW THIS YEAR! Due to the success of this event, we have started a NEW fund for patients and future patients. All registration fees will go directly toward our REACH Fund:

The Rehabilitation Engagement & Access to Care & Health (REACH) fund  helps people get the support they need to fully participate in therapy and recovery. Many individuals face practical barriers—like not having reliable transportation, proper equipment, or help at home—that can limit their progress. The REACH Fund provides financial assistance to remove these obstacles, covering needs such as therapy-related equipment, wheelchair repairs or parts, supportive footwear or orthotics, transportation to appointments, and caregiver assistance for exercise and daily mobility.

By addressing these everyday challenges, the REACH Fund ensures that more people can stay consistent with therapy, build independence, and continue moving forward in their recovery.

The event will begin and end at the Dr. O. Roi Hardy Park. This will be a 5K event with the course entirely on the Jordan River Trail. The course will be a circle format and cross over two bridges. It will first head North on the East side of the trail and will cross over a bridge to come back South on the West side of the trail.   We will also now have a 10K option for persons on bike or ski chair. This will involve two laps of the 5K route.

There will also be a 1 mile event offered for those who would like to participate but aren't ready for a full 5K. The 1 mile is an out-and-back format on the West side of the Jordan River Trail.

Join fellow runners on August 22, 2026 for the Run, Ride, Roll Past Paralysis 10K bike/5K/ 1 mile. It's a fantastic 10K, 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Riverton.
