Run the Nation-Log 100 Miles in May-August
Run the Nation participants will be required to log 25 miles of walking, running or both in the months of May, June, July, and August. These miles can be done on your own, on your own time, anywhere you would like, then logged on your Run the Nation log sheet. Log sheets will be due by midnight on the last day of each month. Your Run the Nation mile logs will be emailed to you after registration. #SpartanNation
Run the Nation+ 4 Community Celebration Races
Run the Nation participants will be required to log 25 miles of walking, running or both in the months of May, June, July, and August. Berwyn 5K
Registration-6:30 pm at Berwyn Fire Hall Race Begins at 7:00 pm See the sites of Berwyn in this town and road race.
Muddy Creek Celebration-Wake Up & Walk
Registration-7:30 am at Ansley Park Building Race-8:00 am Roll out of bed and come in you PJ's. This is a 2 mile fun run/walk that will take place on the Ansley Walking Trail. The trail is crushed concrete and dirt, stroller use can be difficult. Awards given for the top runner, top walker, and best PJ's.
Old Settlers Picnic-Run, Run Rudolph
Registration-7:30 am Race-8:00 am This is a 2 mile fun run/walk that will start and end at the park in Litchfield.
Mason City Homecoming FUN RUN
Registration-8:00 am Race-8:30 am This is a 5K fun run/walk that will start and end at the park in Mason City.
