Run the Runway 5K & Fun Run
About the Event
Come out for our Run the Runway 5K at New Garden Flying Field on the morning of our first day of the Festival of Flight Air, Car, & Tractor Show! Our race this year will feature a 5K event with exciting prizes for our top finishers in each age bracket, as well as a Fun Run/Walk (1 mile) for anyone looking to come out and run/walk the runway. During the event, participants will get to witness our Festival of Flight setup and get an inside look at the event prior to gates opening at 2:00pm!
With your registration you will receive:
- Air Show T-Shirt
- Free Pancake Breakfast after the race (sponsored by the EAA Chapter)
- 1-day ticket to the Festival of Flight Air Show
5K start time will be 8:00am, and the Fun Run will kick off shortly after. Check-in will begin at 6:45am on race day, and day-of registration will be $50.
**Correct T-Shirt Size is only guaranteed for all Pre-Registered Runners through August 20th, 2025.**
Results of the race will be published live after completion.
Join fellow runners on August 8, 2026 for the Run the Runway 5K & Fun Run. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Toughkenamon.
