• Chip-timed with instant results. Race start times: 9:00 AM for 10K and 9:05 AM for 5K.

Men's Tanks optional for no added fee. *Please register by Sept. 6 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Sept. 6.

• 5K Walkers and children welcome. 1 Hour Time limit kindly requested. Registration required to be on course for safety of all participants. Walkers should register for 5K distance only in respect of time required for staff and volunteers.
• Spectators welcome. Additional wine available for purchase during the event.
• Packet Pick-up: Race Day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at "Good Day for a Run" tent.  Arrive before 8:30 AM to check-in. 
• Race is rain or shine. No refunds or deferrals.
