We connect new businesses to people and resources through training, coaching, community, cash awards, and access to funding and capital. The Run to Empower Entrepreneurs 5K turns wellness into economic mobility — and it takes the whole community to move the movement.

Run to Empower Entrepreneurs 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run is a family-friendly community event created to bring runners, walkers, youth, families, small businesses, wellness partners, vendors, and community supporters together for a purpose bigger than the finish line.

Hosted by Freedom In Me Business Showers, this event supports our mission to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and sustain successful businesses through training, coaching, resources, community connections, cash awards, and access to funding and capital.

Whether you are running the full 5K, walking with friends, joining the 1-mile fun run, bringing your family, forming a team, shopping with local vendors, or simply showing up to support entrepreneurs, every step helps move a small business forward.
