Race info Join us Thanksgiving morning at the Annual Verrado Turkey Trot! Beginning and ending at The Goddard School in Verrado, this mixed elevation course winds through the beautiful Verrado community at the base of the White Tank Mountains. Bring the whole family out for this fun, family-friendly event! (No pets please.) Finisher ribbons to all 5km and 10km participants. Charity All proceeds from this race benefit Supporting Early Education & Development (S.E.E.D.), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose mission is to provide early childhood education scholarships to children in the local Buckeye community. 1 mile fun walk/run The fun walk/run is a free non-timed event. Pre-registering is requested, and event shirts are available online as an add-on purchase for $10. Donations to S.E.E.D. will be graciously accepted during the online registration process, as well as on the day of the race. Schedule WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 22 Noon – 6:00 p.m. Packet pickup at The Goddard School in Verrado 4320 N. School Hill Rd. Buckeye AZ 85396 THURSDAY NOVEMBER 23 7:00 a.m. Packet pick up and late registration opens at The Goddard School in Verrado 8:50 a.m. 1 mile fun walk/run begins Parking Parking will be available at Verrado Elementary School, Verrado Middle School, and on-street as marked by the City of Buckeye parking/no parking signs. Parking Parking will be available at Verrado Elementary School, Verrado Middle School, and on-street as marked by the City of Buckeye parking/no parking signs.
