Run with the Rams x Capital Run Club Open 5k

Come Run with the Rams & Capital Run Club in our Open 5K (that’s 3.1 miles of movement and good vibes)! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, casual jogger, power walker, or just showing up for the social part — this event is 100% for you. No pressure, no judgment, all pace levels welcome. Just pull up in your comfiest shoes and bring your best energy.

We’re hosting this event at Pole Green Park, a super scenic and well-maintained course that’s perfect for running andspectating (yes, your friends can totally come hype you up with signs and snacks). It’s a chill but exciting way to get outside, get active, and do something that actually matters.

Come solo or squad up, run your heart out or walk with your playlist on — either way, you’re helping student-athletes rep VCU on a national stage, and that’s huge. Plus, it’s a great way to break a sweat, meet cool people, and be part of something bigger than yourself.
