Running
All-Female Relay Team
A team consists of at least 2 female runners and no more than 8 female runners. Each team is responsible for having their team members at Exchanges on the course, and getting your team members not running the last leg back to the Start/Finish line. We will provide water at each Exchange. This is a BYOB (no cups) event.
All-Male Relay Team
A team consists of at least 2 male runners and no more than 8 male runners. Each team is responsible for having their team members at Exchanges on the course, and getting your team members not running the last leg back to the Start/Finish line. We will provide water at each Exchange. This is a BYOB (no cups) event.
Relay Team
A team consists of at least 2 runners and no more than 8 runners. Each team is responsible for having their team members at Exchanges on the course, and getting your team members not running the last leg back to the Start/Finish line. We will provide water at each Exchange. This is a BYOB (no cups) event.
Ultra Loopy
This division is for experienced ultra runners only. You must show proof of finishing at least two previous 50+ mile running events. There is only ONE drop bag station - Exchange 4. There is NO FOOD or other support on the course, only water and an electrolyte powder at Exchanges 4, 5, 6 and 7. You are responsible for your nutrition on the course.
