Half marathon participants will receive: chip timing, USATF certified course, technical running shirt, finishers medal, overall and age group awards, Runners Edge pace group leaders, seven aid stations, large mile markers, post race festivities and ALL THE FOOD YOU CAN EAT!
5K
5K participants will receive: chip timing, cotton t-shirt, a cowbell, overall and age group awards, one aid station, large mile markers, post race festivities and FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!
Virtual Cow 5K
If you can't make it to the run, you can run a 5K virtually. Run a 5K, screen shot your mileage and time. Email your screen shot and you will receive your t-shirt and cowbell.
Virtual Cow Half Marathon
If you can't make it to the run, you can run a half marathon virtually. Run 13.1 miles, screen shot your mileage and time. Email your screen shot and you will receive your t-shirt and medal
