About the Event
This 5K charity run is designed to bring the community together while raising awareness and support for local causes. The event promotes health, wellness, and unity while encouraging participants of all fitness levels to get involved and give back.
Race Route:
The race begins at La Carreta Hammond and travels around Southeastern’s campus and ending up back at La Carreta Hammond.
Join fellow runners on May 2, 2026 for the Salsa Sprint 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Hammond.
