Saturday May 2 is International Women's Mountain Biking Day!! Join us @ SRAM - Bring a Friend!

International Women's Mountain Biking Day is celebrated annually on the first Saturday in May. It's a day for riders who identify as women to gather, experience, and share their stoke for mountain biking! Organizations and individuals are encouraged to use the day as a catalyst for grassroots engagement, festivals, rides, awareness campaigns, and other activities to both celebrate and encourage women riding mountain bikes!  Celebrate the day with WMBA and SRAM with a ride at Ute on May 2.  Feel free to register a friend who is not (yet!) a WMBA member - they will need to sign a paper waiver before the ride.  

For this special collaboration with SRAM, we will meet at SRAM and ride together to Ute.  The agenda for the day is:

8:45 coffee

9:00 Yoga

10:00 Ride to Ute!

12:00 catered lunch at SRAM with a panel of speakers!

We want our group rides to be a place you can come to be with friends. We have a no drop policy, so we will not leave anyone behind.  This special Saturday group ride will start at 10:00 am sharp.  

In the event of weather disrupting the planned ride, the event will be held inside at SRAM with Yoga and speakers!

Don't forget to bring:

A Yoga Mat if you are participating in Yoga prior to the ride!

A mountain bike in reliable and safe condition
A helmet
Water, snacks, sunscreen
