About this race
The OH Back to School 5K and Kids Run is Sunday, August 15th in the evening and through the Village of Ottawa Hills ending under the Stadium Lights!! The Kids Run starts at 7pm and the 5K starts at 8:30 PM in the OH Elementary Parking lot and finishes in the OH Stadium.
The Kids Race is entirely within the OH Stadium.
- Packet pick-up will be:
- Saturday morning, August 15 from 9-11am and
- 2 hours before the Kids Run at 7pm-8:30 pm.
- THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF A SHIRT FOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER AUGUST 8, 2026.

Join us on Sunday, August 20th for a 5K Run/Walk and Green Bear 1 Miler to benefit After Prom. This yearly event kicks off the start of a new school year. Come out and meet your neighbors and friends for a fun Sunday morning. Packet pick-up will be on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 5-7 pm in the Ottawa Hills High School parking lot. Packets will also be available for pick-up prior to the start of the race on Sunday, August 20 beginning at 7:30 am.
Student/Staff 5K Registration

The OHES grade level with the most participants will win a pizza party for the entire grade. Packet pick-up will be on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 5-7 pm in the Ottawa Hills High School parking lot. Packets will also be available for pick-up prior to the start of the race on Sunday, August 20 beginning at 7:30 am.
Green Bear 1 Miler (NO T-shirt)
This entry does NOT include a race T-shirt. Not ready for a 5K? Run or walk this shortened course before the 5K to race against the Ottawa Hills Green Bear.
