5K Open

Whether you walk or run one of the traditional 5K events, you are eligible for the Triple Crown of Running Door prizes in December (worth at least $50 each) if you participate in at least two (2) of the Healthy Blount Triple Crown of Running races. No bicycles, roller blades or dogs are allowed on the course or to be used by any participant during the race. The use of headsets is not recommended due to traffic on race route.

1 Mile Fun Run

5K Virtual Event

This is a "run anywhere" event. Participants can run or walk any 5K course they choose between July 7 and July 27. Participants are not eligible for awards. Participants will receive an event shirt that they can obtain at packet pickup.
