Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races -
About this race
A summer tradition at the Jersey Shore! Fun 5k run/walk through beautiful Sea Girt, NJ. Great community event with Kids' Races and Activities, live music on the course, custom t-shirt, chip timing, medals and more!
The 35th Annual Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Jersey Shore Dream Center, which provides hunger relief, essential baby supplies and community programs to individuals and families in need. More info at http://www.jerseyshoredreamcenter.org

Race Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026
Early Bird Registration - $33 through May 1st, $38 after
Kids' Race and Activities - $12 through May 1st, $15 after
5K Run/Walk/Roll – 8:30 AM Includes custom t-shirt, bib with chip timing, medal, live music on course, after-party
Kids' Races – 10:00 AM
Short sprints from 25 – 400 yards based on age group
Not timed, no prizes awarded. Includes t-shirt, goody bag and Kids' Activities
Kids' Activities – 8:30 – 11:00 AM Inflatables, Pony Rides, Face Painting & More
Race bib will be mailed to you if registered by July 10th - will go to your address listed on registration – first mailout on or about June 15th. Does not include Kids' Races - pick up bib with t-shirt at times below.

Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane).
Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway. No refunds, transfers, credits or exchanges.
Kids’ Activities may be cancelled due to rain, but races will happen unless main race is postponed.
