Join us for the Second Wind 3rd Annual 5K on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at beautiful Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, Florida. This inspiring community event brings together runners, walkers, families, and supporters to raise awareness for mental health, suicide prevention, and the power of human connection.

Hosted by the Just Help Out Foundation, the Second Wind 5K celebrates hope, resilience, and the belief that everyone deserves support during life's challenges. Proceeds from the event help fund local mental health initiatives, suicide prevention programs, social inclusion activities, and community outreach efforts that reduce isolation and connect people with valuable resources.
