7:45am | Start @ 6103 Visitor Center Road, Mount Morris, NY
Course closes at 4:00pm

Vale of Three Falls 5K | 10K | 15K
Letchworth State Park Parade Grounds
Sunday, May 17th | Lower Falls 5K - 8:00am | Middle Falls 10K - 9:05am | Upper Falls 15K 10:35am
Course closes at 1:00pm

    • Each course is an out and back on a seasonal gravel road. It definitely has a hill
    • 5k has 1 aid station
    • 10k has 3 aid stations

Both days of race weekend feature cup free aid stations. Sehgahunda 26.3 participants are required to carry hydration with them while on course.

By registering for this event you are acknowledging that the date, time, location, and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or canceled at any time as deemed necessary by the Race Directors due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event that any of these scenarios happens, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals allowed unless otherwise stated. Please Note: Insurance is available for an extra fee during registration for solo events.

The course starts at the Mount Morris Dam Visitor Center, and runs along the Finger Lakes Trail, taking in some of the best views Western NY has to offer, eventually winding it's way down to the finish area at the Parade Grounds in Portageville.
