The 5K- This is a flat course which travels through Hamlin Beach State Park. Cotton t-shirts will be given to the first 200 registered runners. Runners which will receive awards are the overall Male and Female, and top 2 in 10 year age groups. This too is Fast and Flat along beach paths and beach roads. It is not on the sand.
Half Marathon
1/2 Marathon - Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female, and top 3 in 5 year age groups. Tech t-shirts will be given to all those registered by July 1, and the next 200 (combined with Tri/Du) will receive cotton shirts. Time Cutoff: 3 1/2 Hours The race course is fast and flat!! Through the Hamlin countryside finishing along the lake with cool breezes and scenic views. Aid Stations: Approx every 2 miles with water and electrolyte drink, along with gels at the 4/9 mile stop. It's one aid station for both miles.
