About the Event
Join our virtual Spring Fling 5k, where we're challenging you to complete a virtual 5k in the month of April! We have prizes to raffle off to those who complete the race!

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIRTUAL RACE RESULTS
Once you've completed your 5K walk or run, visit the RESULTS tab in the main navigation and click the button at the top of the page that says "Submit Virtual Results".
From there, you will be prompted to enter your name and date of birth followed by your race results. Once submitted, you will also be given an opportunity to upload a photo of your race results. In order to be considered for one of our prizes, you must upload a photo that shows the date your race was run, the total distance run, and total run time.
Join fellow runners on March 23, 2026 for the Shwellness Spring Fling Virtual 5k. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Claysburg.
