This is a virtual challenge event. The challenge is to do a mile every Monday for six straight weeks.
You can run your mile or walk your mile or swim your mile. Skate your mile or hike your mile. Race your mile against other milers. Take the dog out for a mile.
Post your results on Run Sign Up (we're on the Honor System). Share fun photos and encouragement on our private Facebook page or on our Instagram account.
Go anytime and with anyone and anywhere.
The goal is to get out there and get moving. Every Monday.
Check our weekly playlist drops and workout plans.
Tune into our live online drawings every Friday where we give away amazing gear.
Enjoy the great swag - custom tees, custom medals, custom running hats, custom canvas totes, and more.
Proceeds go Akron Children's Hospital or Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh (UPMC).
We have special prizes for our milers who turn in the lowest total time for all six of their miles in the following categories: men, women, master's men, and master's women.
We have a special prize for most improved over the six weeks.
