Seize the chance to earn your bragging rights as a true Slacker! Embark on this exhilarating journey starting at the base of Loveland Ski Area, perched at an impressive elevation of 10,630ft. Brace yourself for an unforgettable descent to 8,400ft, followed by post-race festivities in charming historic Georgetown. Picture an abundance of freebies, locally crafted beer, post race pampering, and entertainment to celebrate your achievement! The course is a thrilling mix of dirt and paved roads, guiding participants through enchanting wetlands, natural waterfalls, breathtaking views of the Continental Divide, and remnants of historic mining sites.

Runner 1 Begins at Loveland Ski Area. (Exit #216 off I-70) Approx. 5.8 miles — rolling. Runner 2 Begins at Bakerville. (Exit #221 off I-70) Approx. 3 miles — slight uphill at start and then downhill. Runner 3 Begins at the 4-mile start — just west of Silver Plume. (Exit #226 off I-70) Approx. 4 miles strong downhill to flat. Shuttles deliver relay folks to their start lines. You can be dropped off but DON’T FORGET to pick up your bibs at Loveland Ski Area VALLEY location. Shuttles frequently circle to pick up relay runners after they complete their portion and bring them to the Finish Line. Regarding the ADA relay: physically challenged relay participants complete the portion starting a Bakerville and ending just west of Silver Plume.
