About this race
The Snack Town RunFest is a running extravaganza for all ages and all abilities in Hanover, PA. We offer something for everyone:

Virtual Perseverance Half Marathon
VIRTUAL OPTION We have added a Virtual Half Marathon Option in addition to our Live race for those who do not wish to participate in our Live race. You can pick your day and your course! Between September 26 and October 3, 2020, record a single run of 13.1 miles on your phone, watch, or app to track your run. Go to RunSignup and submit your picture of your tracking device confirming your distance and time. Submission must be uploaded by 11:30am on October 3, 2020. Already signed up for the Live race? You can transfer to the virtual in RunSignup. You will receive a medal and T-Shirt (MUST sign up by Sep 13) in the mail (or can pick up at the Y).
Perseverance Half Marathon
RACE COURSE This 13.1 mile course is a winding loop through Hanover, Pennsylvania. Beginning at the Hanover Y, runners will pass beautiful farmland and scenic views in the Hershey Heights area. With only one significant hill, the race’s total elevation gain is approximately 550 feet. Runners will enjoy a long downhill and cross over into the industrial park ultimately leading them to Hanover’s newly renovated rail trail. The end of the course loops through tree lined streets and ends back at the YMCA. START/FINISH: Race begins & ends at the Hanover YMCA, 500 George St. Hanover, PA Check-in begins at 6:30 A.M and ends at 7:15 AM. The race route will close at 11:30 A.M. Changing rooms and showers are available AGE DIVISIONS: Male & Female (14 & under) (20-29) (30-39) (40-49) (50-59) (60 & over) AWARDS: Male and Female Age Division 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers All runners will receive a finisher medal. A moisture-wicking long-sleeved race shirt will be provided to those registered by September 13.
Resilience 5K
This 3.1 flat and fast route takes place on the end of the Half Marathon loop. Starts and finishes at The Hanover YMCA. AGE DIVISIONS: Male & Female (14 & under) (20-29) (30-39) (40-49) (50-59) (60 & over)
