SoundMinds Suicide Prevention & Mental Health Awareness 5K Walk
Join us for the SoundMinds Suicide Prevention & Mental Health Awareness 5K Walk, a powerful community event dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting hope for those impacted by mental health challenges.

This walk is more than just a 5K—it is a movement. Together, we will stand in support of individuals and families affected by depression, anxiety, suicide, trauma, and other mental health conditions while advocating for greater access to culturally responsive mental health care and wellness resources.

Hosted by SoundMinds Psychiatry, this event will bring together community members, healthcare professionals, advocates, families, and supporters who believe that mental health deserves the same attention and care as physical health. Through education, connection, and community engagement, we aim to inspire meaningful conversations, encourage help-seeking behavior, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

Proceeds from this event will support ongoing mental health awareness initiatives, youth mental health programming, community outreach efforts, wellness education, and resources for underserved populations.
