About this race
The Dominion Payroll SpeakUp5k is our flagship community event and the biggest celebration of mental health. The SpeakUp5k is Cameron's design. Full of fun zones, music, bubbles, and loads of inspiration- it is more than a race. It is an experience! Join us and “SpeakUp” for teen mental health.
Join fellow runners on September 7, 2024 for the SpeakUp5k. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Richmond.

The starting line is located on Police Memorial Way and parking is available at Dogwood Dell located next to The Carillon.
Virtual Run/Walk
Our virtual option for participants who live outside of the Richmond area or for Richmond natives who want to participate and are not able to attend on race day.
