This special demo is built into a Supported Long Run, perfect for half and full marathon training—or anyone looking to log miles with great company.
Start Time: 7:00 AM with pacers
Routes: 5-mile and 7-mile loops (course support until 11 AM)
On Course Support: 2 marked routes, aid stations with hydration, Maurten fueling, and cheerleaders
Post-Run Recovery: Back at Fleet Feet Montclair, the Kessler team of doctors and physical therapists will be on-site to stretch you out and help with any aches, pains, or questions.
