About this race

First Annual Spofford 10K!

Come join us for the first official running of the Spofford Lake 10K. Being such a popular route for runners, walkers and bikers, may as well make it official !Very approachable 6.2 mile loop starting and ending at Wares Grove Beach, in Spofford, NH. Enjoy a beautiful mostly wooded route along smoothly paved local roads and finishing with lakeside views along the last approximately 1.5 miles of the route. Several brief, gently rolling hills along the course with the one big push up North Shore Hill at mile 2, make for a relatively flat route overall. Whether its your first or your hundredth 10k, you should find it to be an easily navigable and enjoyable run.

Water/aid station will be provided at mile 4. Traffic control will be provided along Route 9 and 63 by Chesterfield PD.

Welcome to runners of all ages!

Proceeds to benefit local food shelters and athletic programs.

T-shirts will be included for participants registered prior to October 5. Registrants entering after that date will receive a T-shirt on a first come, first served basis depending on availability. Only a handful of extras will be ordered.
