StMU 5K for the Neighborhood
About this race
Since 2014, the StMU 5K for the Neighborhood has helped serve the needs of people who live near the St. Mary’s Gateway District. Through the race, Holy Rosary Catholic Church receives $10,000 to enhance services and outreach programs in the neighborhood. The church is run by Marianist priests and brothers and is located next to the St. Mary’s campus.
Each year we continue our purpose to serve and support our neighbors. Proceeds from the 5K support the partnership between St. Mary’s and Holy Rosary Catholic Church. The church’s mission is to enhance services, outreach programs and the quality of life in the neighborhoods around the University.
Join fellow runners on October 23, 2020 for the StMU 5K for the Neighborhood. It's a fantastic 5K, 1K featuring a flat and fast course in San Antonio.

5K Run/Walk
Participants will receive one (1) branded StMU 5K for the Neighborhood face mask.
Neigh-BOO-hood 5K Run/Walk
Participants will receive one (1) branded StMU 5K for the Neighborhood face mask.
Dog-Friendly 5K Run/Walk
Participants will receive one (1) branded StMU 5K for the Neighborhood branded face mask and one (1) branded StMU 5K doggy bandana.
Kids 1K Run/Walk
This free event is open to children 12 and under and their families. Participants will receive one (1) branded StMU 5K for the Neighborhood sticker.
