Join us for the inaugural Stride n’ Thrive 5K on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Denton, Texas, as we celebrate National Health Center Week.
Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, this event is all about bringing our community together in support of better health for all. Proceeds from the race benefit Health Services of North Texas (HSNT), helping provide quality, compassionate care to thousands of individuals and families across our region.
Expect a fun, welcoming atmosphere with a Race Village, community partners, and opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate. All fitness levels are encouraged.
