Striders Summer Slam
About this race
The Blacksburg Striders present the Striders Summer Slam - an evening on the track open to everyone and FREE for all! Whether you’re new to the track or a seasoned track veteran, this is for you! Join us Friday evening, July 10th at 6PM at the Blacksburg High School's James DeMarco Track of Dreams. Individual events are professionally timed and results will be published. The 3200m and 800m will be split into seeded heats. The 100m will be seeded by age group. You may register for multiple events when signing up.
Join fellow runners on July 10, 2026 for the Striders Summer Slam. It's a fantastic 3200 meters, 100 meters, 800 meters, 4 x 400 meter relay, Youth 400 meters featuring a flat and fast course in Blacksburg.
