About this race

One Strive community.

For 30 years, Strive: How You Lead Matters has been developing character-driven leaders and building stronger team cultures. This fall, we’re celebrating this milestone with the Strive 30, a virtual challenge that brings our community together wherever you are. The challenge: Complete 30 miles in celebration of Strive’s 30th anniversary. Run them. Walk them. Bike them. Hike them. Mix it up. Complete your 30 miles all at once or a little at a time throughout the 30 day challenge. How you get there is entirely up to you. The Strive 30 is open to everyone (including pets!): current and former Strive program participants, coaches, families, alumni, partners, supporters, and anyone who wants to join us in celebrating 30 years of Strive. How It Works Register for the Strive 30, start a team and invite others to join you!  Complete 30 miles anytime, any way, anywhere during the challenge period. You can participate on your own, with your family, or alongside friends and teammates. You don't have to be a runner! You can walk, bike, swim, hike, skip, you name it... it counts to complete this race and there’s no need to complete all 30 miles at once. The goal is simply to get moving, take on the challenge, and celebrate this milestone with us. Beyond The Miles
Your participation supports Strive’s work to develop the next generation of character-driven leaders through programs for young people, coaches, educators, and youth-serving organizations. Over the past 30 years, thousands of people have been part of the Strive story. The Strive 30 is a chance to celebrate where we’ve been, support where we’re going, and have a little fun along the way. Team Competitions We will be highlighting individuals and teams that take their participation to the next level. These teams go for the win in the following: Largest Team
