Join Avenue Runners & Walkers, Mizuno, and Fleet Feet on May 16th from 9:00–12:00 PM for our Stronger Together Community Run/Walk & Mental Health Panel—a morning of movement, connection, and learning.
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re bringing the community together to highlight the positive impact of movement and support on overall well-being. We’ll be raising funds for NAMI Metro-Oakland, Wayne & Macomb, with donations accepted during registration and on-site.
Connect with local mental health advocates, explore resources, and join an optional all-paces 3-mile run or 1.5-mile walk at 9:30 AM, with Mizuno demo shoes, refreshments, and a giveaway. Stick around for a community-led mental health panel featuring local runners, walkers, and NAMI Metro, focused on sharing stories, building awareness, and reducing stigma.
Whether you’re looking for community, support, or just a great way to kick off summer, you’re invited—because no one has to go through it alone.
