Races include: Friday, June 17, 2016 Summer Solstice 5K 7:30 pm ___ 1 Mile 7pm Monday, June 27, 2016 Rails to Trails 5K (near Legacy Chevrolet) 7:30pm Saturday, July 9, 2016 Big Dog Heatwave 5 miler 8am (required) Monday, July 25, 2016 Flat Rock Park 5K ( Rails to Trails) 7:30pm Saturday, August 20, 2016 Lakebottom Park 5K 8am Must run Heatwave plus 3 of the 5K races to be included in Series Awards.
