Super Age Games 2026
About the Event
On November 7, 2026, New York City hosts something that has never existed before: a longevity fitness competition designed to measure how long you'll live well.
The Super Age Games is eight trials testing the markers that actually predict how you'll age: cardiovascular capacity, grip strength, balance, agility, working memory, relational capacity, functional strength, and endurance under load. Think: Presidential Fitness Test, but built for longevity. The specifics of our trials are top secret. But from now until November 7, we'll give you hints, training protocols, and show you exactly how to train to show up ready to compete.
Whether you're a lifelong athlete looking for a goal that matters, someone who just discovered what healthspan is and wants to do something about it, or a friend or family member who wants to cheer from the sidelines, there's a way to be part of this. We're welcoming 960 Founding Athletes to the inaugural Games. Choose the package that fits how you want to show up.
