Register by June 6th, 2026 to be guaranteed a shirt.
Sweaty Yeti is a premier 5k and Make a Memory Mile (1-Mile Fun Run) in honor of Christie Barber-Galvin and Kellie Barber. The course starts at Boswell Stadium and winds through nearby wooded trails. The Make a Memory Mile features obstacles and family fun. The 5K is professionally timed and all participants are welcome to join the Make a Memory Mile for no extra charge. All levels of runners and walkers are welcome!!!
All proceeds go to fund the Barber-Galvin Memorial Scholarship.
As a reminder - East Jordan Public Schools does not allow any dogs on their facility grounds, so please keep that in mind for race day. We appreciate your understanding of the school's policy.
Join fellow runners on July 11, 2020 for the Sweaty Yeti Run. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K, 6.6K featuring a flat and fast course in East Jordan.

This professionally timed race starts at 8 am. Register by JUNE 1, 2020 for $30, and to be guaranteed a Sweaty Yeti Performance Tee. Price will increase JUNE 2 and we will be unable to guarantee a shirt. Runners of all levels are welcome!! 5K Virtual
Can't make it to the race but still want to be part of the fun?! Sign up for our Virtual 5K and we will mail you your shirt and medal so you can run with us anywhere in the world! Register by JUNE 1, 2020 for $30, and to be guaranteed a Sweaty Yeti Performance Tee. Price will increase JUNE 2 and we will be unable to guarantee a shirt. You can register for this event any time before Race Day, however we will be unable to guarantee your race gear by race day after June 2, 2020.
1 Mile Fun Run
Kids (and adults) of all ages will have fun with this event! Register by JUNE 1, 2020 for $10 and be guaranteed a cool Sweaty Yeti T-shirt! JUNE 2 registration fee increases to $15. Line-Up for this Fun Run will begin at 9:15 (after finish of 5K).
